SEPARATION AGREEMENTS – flat rate fee of $250 A Separation Agreement is a great way to formally confirm the terms of your separation and keep the overall cost of the divorce process as low as possible. Any or all of your marital issues such as Child Support, Custody, Visitation, Spousal Support / Alimony, Division of Property and/or Debts, etc. can be resolved prior to divorce with a properly drafted Separation Agreement. Just fill out our easy Separation Agreement Interview Form, select the options that work best for you and we will hand draft a comprehensive Separation Agreement specifically for you, based on the cutting edge of current North Carolina contract law and not a mere computer generated document that you aren’t sure will accomplish what you want.
DIVORCE FORMS – flat rate fee of $95 You won’t save any money doing it yourself unless you are indigent and also eligible to request court cost be waived but if you really want to Do-It-Yourself, have our licensed law firm prepare all the forms and instructions you need to complete your divorce yourself in any North Carolina county. Compare our fee to DivorceWriter – $149, Complete Case – $299, Legal Zoom $299. At those prices, it is less expensive to have our firm complete your divorce for you when you factor in Court Cost of at least $225! Also, we provide support during the divorce process, all necessary forms (including an application to waive court cost if you are eligible) and if last minute changes to your forms are needed – there is no additional charge!

Most first offense cases can be handled for a flat rate legal fee of $750 for a plea type disposition or $1,500 for a trial. We will also help navigate you through the maze of legal hoops you will need to jump through to get either a Pre-Trial Driving Privilege and/or Post Trial Driving Privilege (if eligible).
WILLS – flat rate fee of $65 It only takes a few minutes of your time to have a properly drafted Will insure that your hard earned property goes where you want it to. Don’t entrust something that important to some computer program you picked up at your local Wal-Mart or even an online service such as Legal Zoom (which is also more expensive at $69 – $79). The bottom line with those services is when you receive the finished product and you hold it in your hands – you simply have no idea if it was done properly. That’s not a good feeling to have. POWER OF ATTORNEY – flat rate fee of $25 – $75 There may be times where you will want someone else to be able to take care of things and/or make decisions for you while you are or away or incapacitated. A properly drafted Power of Attorney will allow some one you trust to do just that. Just fill out our easy POA Interview Form, select the options that work best for you and our attorney will hand draft a comprehensive Power of Attorney specifically for you, so that you can rest assured that someone you trust has the authority to handle your affairs.
